As a Commercial Manager (m/f/d)
you will take on a key role in implementing our commercial strategy at the site. You will shape processes, drive margin-oriented growth, and ensure smooth collaboration between sales, production, supply chain, finance, and other key departments.

Your goal: sustainable value creation through clear structures, strong analysis, and focused project management.

Your responsibilities at a glance:
• Commercial steering and analysis
You share responsibility for the economic performance of our site. You analyze sales volumes, price and margin developments, and derive concrete measures to improve results.

• Strategy & growth initiatives
Together with site management, sales, and central functions, you develop and implement initiatives that enable profitable growth.

• Pricing and margin management
You design pricing rules, target and minimum prices, monitor the profitability of key customers and products, and actively contribute to tenders and proposal processes.

• Contract and proposal management
You review and coordinate commercial contract contents – including risk assessment as well as the structuring of price, currency, and raw material clauses.

• Process and project responsibility
You lead cross-functional projects aimed at increasing efficiency, standardizing, and simplifying commercial processes – including forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

• Interface management
